For my second look, we opted to keep the makeup and I just restyled the hair. The dress was a white 2-piece with rhinestone trim. A straight hairstyle was requested, so, out went my CHI Flat Iron. Whenever u do make up for gigs, do u also usually end up doing their hair as well or was this an unusual situation? You seem quite practiced at doing hair as well as make up…thats why Im asking.

Other viewers have suggested the benefit erase paste, I use it, but I can recommend mixing it with your eye cream before applying it, it goes on soo much better, especially if you have dry eyes

what is the difference b/w chi iron guard and chi silk infusion
i heard they both protect hair from heat damage.
i know one is more like a serum and the other one is a spray
what is the difference?

Well, Chi 44 Iron guard seems pretty obvious to what it does.
The silk infusion just makes your hair softer and shinier. This is the serum. But for it to actually work and for the silk to ‘infuse’ with you hair, you need to apply heat.
Otherwise you’re not doing anything for your hair.
Chi 44 Iron gaurd, that’s the heat protectant spray.
CHI Silk Infusion is a leave in conditioner, I am a hairdresser and I use it on wet hair, if i am going to heat style it such as flat iron or blow dry, if the hair is really dry i will add a bit more while i am flat ironing. The Iron guard on the other hand is applied to dry hair only, and it protects the hair from the intense heat of the flat iron, this product is used for over processed hair, i,e: Color or perms.
